Services

Austin Living Massage provides clinical massage therapy, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, and Applied Neurology sessions for wellness purposes. These services are not medical treatment and do not constitute a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship. Nothing on this website or communicated during a session should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have a medical condition, injury, or concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before booking.

Booking and Payment

All appointments are booked through Vagaro. By completing a booking, you agree to Austin Living Massage's Cancellation Policy, which requires 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or not attended, will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

Payment is processed through Vagaro's secure platform. Austin Living Massage does not store payment information on this website.

Client Intake Form

A completed Client Intake Form is required before every appointment. Failure to submit the form at least 48 hours before your appointment may result in cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply. The intake form collects health information necessary to provide safe and appropriate services.

Limitation of Liability

Austin Living Massage provides wellness services in good faith and in accordance with professional standards. However, results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on health history, lifestyle, and other factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Austin Living Massage's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Contraindications and Client Responsibility

Certain health conditions may make massage or Applied Neurology sessions inadvisable. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, or recent procedures on your intake form and to update that information before each appointment. Austin Living Massage reserves the right to decline or modify a session based on health and safety concerns.

Governing Law
